New Horizons of Cooperation: Meeting of the Office of International Cooperation with L’Œuvre d’Orient and Institut chrétiens d'Orient
As part of the scientific conference "The Spirituality of Eastern Fathers of the Church" held on October 29, 2024, a meeting took place between the Office of International Cooperation and representatives of the French organization L’Œuvre d’Orient: Mikołaj Murkociński (Poland) and Domitille Blanc (France). The discussions focused on the potential for expanding collaboration between the university and L’Œuvre d’Orient, with a particular emphasis on organizing academic and cultural events, as well as projects involving students and volunteers in the Middle East.
The planned cooperation includes future internships and volunteer programs, offering students unique professional and cultural experiences. Representatives from L’Œuvre d’Orient emphasized that these initiatives aim to deepen intercultural understanding and provide educational support for young people interested in Middle Eastern issues.
Simultaneously, discussions were initiated regarding cooperation with Institut chrétiens d'Orient, opening up new possibilities for joint research projects and academic exchanges. The meeting marked an important step towards the development of international academic contacts and the exchange of experiences between Polish and French partners.
