WELCOME DAYS FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS in AY 2021/2022_Winter

The Welcome Days take place at the beginning of each semester.

Seventeen people from Italy, Portugal, Spain and Croatia are taking part in this year’s edition of the program. The participants were welcomed at the University of International Cooperation Office (ICO) Team. During the Erasmus Welcome Days, students from abroad got to know the university and checked how remote learning is organized. The programme started with the welcome meeting. The students were equipped with essential information regarding their academic stay at our university and small welcome gifts. The formal part of the introductory meeting was followed by an evening of fun and integration. In the charming rustic venue, our foreign students had an excellent opportunity to try traditional Polish cuisine, break the ice and get to know their classmates better. The Erasmus Student buddies section also has prepared a series of attractive, informative and fun-packed events within the Welcome Week for the ERASMUS+ students starting their exchange at the UPJPII in the winter semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The students come from various Programme countries, including Croatia, Portugal, Spain and Spain. They also took part in a walk around Cracow. Students are introduced to the University and the city of Cracow and provided with all the information needed to ensure a great and fruitful stay at UPJPII.

The events are organized by the International Cooperation Office (ICO) team and Students Erasmus Buddy Network UPJPII. Our Students section members always prepare numerous exciting activities to make their new friends feel at home in Cracow.
