We would like to invite you to an information meeting concerning the Erasmus+ mobility for the academic year 2024/2025. The meeting will take place on 19 January 2024 (Friday) at 12:00 in the Auditorium of the UPJPII building at 3 Bernardyńska Street.

The meeting will aim to discuss formal issues with the preparation of pre-departure documents such as:

• English-language course/subject offerings that you will use at the host university:
  • List of Universities
  • List of faculty and institute coordinators
• Procedures and required documents

You will find out why it is worthwhile to participate in placements and to go on an Erasmus+ study programme. You will meet programme participants who will tell you about their experiences. You will learn about other opportunities to participate in international programmes.

At the end of the meeting, there will be time for questions and consultations so that you have the opportunity to clear up any doubts.

We hope that the meeting will provide you not only with concrete information but also with inspiration to participate in the Erasmus+ programme and gain unique educational experiences.
