An Arduous Road to Statehood after the end of the Imperial Rule. The Case of Poland: Sacrifice, cooperation, tradition
You are warmly invited to visit the exhibition "An Arduous Road to Statehood after the end of the Imperial Rule. The Case of Poland: Sacrifice, cooperation, tradition", located in the UPJPII Library building in Krakow.
A Polish and English website complements the exhibition.
This exhibition focuses on the three foundational elements —an uprising; civic participation and cooperation; and cultural heritage—in building the Polish state, and in putting Poland back on the map of Europe. It was created in cooperation with students, post-graduate students, academics from the Department of History and Cultural Heritage at the UPJPII and the International Cooperation Office. The author of the project and director of the exhibition is Sławomira Zbierska-Salameh, PhD.
We also invite you to view a short report on the exhibition.
