COVID-19 vaccination in Poland

  • Currently, seniors 70+, seniors 60+, uniformed services are vaccinated in Poland.
  • In order not to waste slots not reserved by people aged 60+, vaccination slots can be booked by people aged 40-59 who filled in the application requesting vaccination in January, February or March (it is no longer possible to complete this application).
  • To reserve a vaccination slot, you must have an e-referral issued. You can check if you have a referral issued and register for vaccination through the free hotline number 989 or on the website www.pacjent.gov.pl. You must log in here using the trusted profile (profil zaufany) created by your bank account. People who have an online bank account at cooperative banks, PKO BP bank or Pekao SA bank can log in with the same data as they log into their online bank account.
    • You will not receive an e-referral for vaccination if you have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 90 days. It will appear in your Online Patient Account (Internetowe Konto Pacjenta) later.
  • In April, people born in 1962-1973 can register for vaccination slots, according to the following schedule:
    • April 12 – people born in 1962, April 13 – people born in 1963, April 14 – people born in 1964, April 15 – people born in 1965, April 16 – people born in 1966, April 17 – people born in 1967, April 19 – people born in 1968, April 20 – people born in 1969, April 21 – people born in 1970, April 22 – people born in 1971, April 23 – people born in 1972, April 24 – people born in 1973.
  • If you do not register for the vaccination on a given day, you will be able to do it later.
