Incoming Students,

Thank you for your interest in the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow. In order to be accepted as an ERASMUS+ exchange student at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow (UPJPII) you must be a student of a partner university that has signed an ERASMUS+ Inter-institutional Agreement with one of the Faculty of UPJPII. Please check it and make sure that your institution is one of our Erasmus+ partners.

You can study at UPJPII as an Erasmus+ exchange student either for one semester or a full academic year.

Application deadlines:

For the winter semester: 15^tH June

For  the summer semester: 3O^th November

Before you book your flights:

Make sure at your home institution that your application is accepted.

The winter semester starts on 1st October. Our WELCOME DAY is usually on 27th September.

The summer semester starts on 18th February. The WELCOME DAY is planned for 11th - 12nd February.

Participation in the event is OBLIGATORY so you will have to come in time.

The rooms in the dormitory will be available for you from the 26th of September. From that day your stay will be free of charge and counted to the October period. For the summer semester, the earliest date you can come to the dorm is 29th February.
