Duplicate

The card may be necessary to access some data or rooms in the future. Therefore, treat it as an important and valuable document, store it the way you keep other cards (e.g., bank cards), try not to bend and scratch it. If you damage or lose your card, you may apply for its duplicate. A student should submit a request for a duplicate in person to the Department of Teaching, or send it to the e-mail address legitymacje.dzn@upjp2.edu.pl in CC: incoming@upjp2.edu.pl 

The copy will not be identical to the original. If you were using your card as the Kraków City Card, you have to visit a season ticket sales point to upload the previously bought tickets to the new card.

Replica ELS

If the electronic circuit of the student card fails to work correctly despite being correctly handled, you may exchange the card for a new one free of charge. A replica is issued in particular in the case of:

• change of data: change of name or surname, assignment of a PESEL number, as well as the need to update a photograph - only in justified cases;
• use of all available spaces for pasting the hologram;
• if the electronic system of the card is found not to be working properly;

The student is obliged to return the ELS previously held, which is subject to replacement.
