Password reset

The password reset mechanism for the Office365 service (Outlook, Teams, etc.) is available through USOSmail available in USOSweb.
1. Log into USOSweb and from the My USOSweb tab go to USOSmail.
2. Check that the "From" field, contains your university email address. If so go to the next step. If not, please let us know (incoming@upjp2.edu.pl).
3. Go to 'Add recipients' and then 'Add person', enter Office365 Reset, click on the user displayed and press 'Save and close'.
4. Type Reset in the Subject line and any content such as jwt. in the body. Then press the Send button at the bottom of the page.
5. After a few minutes, an email should arrive at your private email address with your login, new temporary password and a link to the instructions. Follow the linked instructions.
NOTE!! The password reset in Office365 will work if the e-mail addresses have been correctly configured in the USOS system. If the reset mechanism does not work within 1 hour, please contact incoming@upjp2.edu.pl to verify the assigned email addresses or in order to reach IT Department if data is correct.
