A few days before returning to their home Country all the incoming students are required to take an appointment with the Coordinator from International Cooperation Office for the closing arrangements, such as collecting:

• Certificate of attendance
• LA - after the mobility part

Please be advised that the final Transcript of Records and any other original documents will be delivered by the International Cooperation Office to the partner University within 5 weeks from the departure date.
